Lean & Build – Strength training and HIIT cardio
We create a non-judgmental, family oriented, fun atmosphere that will push you to your limits and challenge you to do what you never thought you could! We’re all about helping women build strength and burn fat at accelerated levels that go beyond the training session!
We believe that workouts should be done with 110% effort, no messing around, done safely and be challenging and fun in order to be the most effective! Our 30-minute sessions pack a powerful fat loss, muscle building punch! You’ll be amazed at how much you can achieve (and sweat) in such a short time! Unlike a “bootcamp” style workout, our focused programming allows for training certain body parts on separate days, along with high-intensity cardio and core work giving your body the ability to really gain that lean, sexy muscle which helps you increase metabolism and burn the fat!
Our group classes consist of no more than 20 women per time slot to ensure that you are getting the personal attention from your trainer during the session while receiving the motivation of the group atmosphere! Even though our class is intense, challenging and meant to push you to your limits, our trainers are available to help you modify if needed. Not only do you receive guidance and support during the workout, but outside the four walls of the gym as well via our Members only Facebook group, text and email! Did I mention that our workout sessions are only 30 minutes?? Most people can’t believe how much they can accomplish in such a short amount of time!
New members typically start out on our signature 28-day Challenge to introduce you to our program and get results in as little as 4 weeks!! Included in this program is a Dietician approved meal plan, delicious family-friendly recipes, and shopping lists to last you the entire 28 days! You also receive routine assessments that include an InBody scan – (body composition analysis) and measurements to ensure that you are gaining muscle, losing fat and becoming a lean machine!
The 28-day challenge starts twice a month and includes an orientation to get you informed, educated and ready to go on Monday! We offer several time slots to choose from including early mornings, mid-mornings and evenings Monday through Friday! You can bet that you’ll always be encouraged, motivated and supported by one of our amazing Nationally Certified all female trainers. We don’t believe in screaming, demeaning and intimidating you to work hard. Our fun-loving, positive approach will keep you motivated and fall in love with fitness…after the workout is over of course! We seek to know you by name and make sure to check up on you when you’re gone!
